Training for leaders of open youth spaces and centers

November 5 Hilton Garden Inn Vilnius City Center took place for training for open youth spaces and centers. The training was focused on personal development and effective team management practices.

📌 The goals of the training were achieved:

✅ The participants deepened how to effectively achieve their goals in the team.

✅ strengthened the ability to motivate team members and manage changes.

✅ developed leadership competencies important for successful youth centers.

💡 Training program included:

✔️ Recognition of strengths in the team and their use for motivation.

✔️ Adaptation to change and challenges management.

The training was conducted by two professional training guides - Miroslav Monkevičius and Aidas Gedminas, who shared their valuable insights and experiences.
